Management Level :9 Work Experience :6-8 years Work location :Bengaluru Must Have Skills :Pegasystems Platform Good To Have Skills :Pegasystems Architecture Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : 1-Experience in implementing Pega applications 2-Participated in discussions to define KPIs and design Pega application to meet those 3-Participated in project initiation, analysis, development life cycle Technical Experience : 1-Architect the technical solution, and lead the technical team in development activities 2-Perform code reviews to ensure application quality 3-Ensure compliance with Guardrails, coding standards, UI standards and Corporate standards 4-Pega Framework exposure on Customer Service, Marketing etc 5-Experience in performing impact analysis, application development, performance management 6-Mentor other team members 7-6-8 years of total experience with 3 plus years on Pega Professional Attributes : 1-Good Communication Skill 2-Team Management Educational Qualification : Minimum 15 years of full time education 15 years of full time education
