Manage the planning, design, and build of IT solutions, based on functional specifications, while meeting quality and performance requirements and technical constraints. Manage the scheduling and deployment of IT solutions across multiple countries and or.
- Identify and qualify new demand with overall responsibility for steering proposals through the early phases of approval. Participate in establishment of budgets and investment proposals and obtain sponsorship and funding.< li>
- Organize solution design, development and deployment efforts for projects by compiling the required resources and assigning responsibilities according to a defined time schedule controlled and timely manner.< li>
- Ensure service adherence with quality, compliance and security standards and delivery of associated corrective service actions.< li>
- Ensure the overall user experience is taken into account when designing and deploying new solutions and services.< li>
- Ensure that developed solutions are peer reviewed, formally documented and signed off by business. Ensure that all work is delivered to agreed time, cost and quality constraints. Initiate solution testing to ensure they meet quality standards< li>
- Authorize and conduct service handover and lead the go-live authorization discussions with the other work streams.< li>
- Ensure that release delivers the expected outcomes and value for the customers. Take accountability to ensure adherence with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Solution Delivery scope.
< li> < ul> Minimum Requirements
< u>< strong>- Graduation post-graduation in the relevant domain.< li>
- 12 - 15 years of overall experience in IT. Good understanding of automation technologies (RPA, Cognitive- AI ML) implementation and must have worked on large scale implementations in the past.< li>
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (BE BTech) or and MBA in computer science or related area.< li>
- Should have a good knowledge on identifying potential applications of AI ML, RPA etc.< li>
- Experience in managing and implementing cloud based (desirable - automation) solutions leveraging latest technologies and platforms (Azure AWS Python UX AI-ML models).< li>
- Good business analysis and problem-solving experience working with business and IT teams. Managing End to end solution delivery experience of a portfolio< li>
- Experience in developing IT product roadmap for a business unit in close collaboration with business. Experience in developing business case and driving business process changes is a plus
