Management Level :10 Work Experience :4-6 years Work location :Kolkata Must Have Skills :Configuration Database & CI Management Good To Have Skills :No Technology Specialization Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : 1 Responsible for the delivery of Contractual and Operational Reports 2 Point of contact for the Clients, Service Delivery Managers and Delivery teams 3 Provide Weekly, Monthly analysis of tickets4 Drive Improvement though automation and analytics5 Work closely with the Service Delivery Manager to identify and implement Service Improvements demonstrating an increase in the quality of service and a reduction in cost6 Participate in client or Accenture meetings as required Technical Experience : 1 Has had worked in a shared services environment or multi-domain client environment 2 Experience in data analysis on Business Intelligence tools3 Experience is advance excel, macros4 Proficient in MS Power Point 5 Proficient in data analysis Logical Reasoning Professional Attributes : Good verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization Ability to operate independently and make decision Flexible to work in 24x7 shift Take part in weekend or holiday on call support Educational Qualification : Bachelors Degree 15 years of full time education
