Your Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of testing activities, plans and processes for complex products or services ensuring product quality. Also, facilitates resource planning and resolution of issues that may impede the test effort and drives continuous improvement. Responsible for the design, development and support of test cases for functional and non-functional domains Lead the identification of the test scope and test environment set-up, prepares test plans, identifies relevant metrics and keeps track of required effort for large initiatives Review test reports and act on recommendations for product or design changes Drive the evaluation, recommendation, and implementation of testing procedures and strategies ensuring alignment to functional / non-functional requirements Supports in identifying product quality risks based on the high-level solution architecture Develop trusted relationships with other engineering groups and key business stakeholders to evaluate, recommend and implement testing procedures for products, systems, components or modifications Skills And Attributes For Success An ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of testing lifecycle, agile frameworks and knowledge of Quality Management techniques To qualify for the role you must have Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field and more than 12 years of relevant work experience Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to work within a team and in collaboration with different teams Other Strengths required are # Customer centricity, Innovative Thinking, Agility and Intercultural Sensitivity Experience working virtually in a globally dispersed team Big Data Engineer with extensive experience in DWH, ETL and BI technologies on Big Data Framework/Hadoop Technologies. Hands-on experience using Azure Cloud, Data Lake, Synapse, Data factory, Hadoop, HDInsight, Spark, Scala, Hive, HDFS. Experience in creating Batch and Realtime Data pipelines on Azure Data Platform using Logic Apps, Automation Run Books, Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure Event Hub, Kafka, Azure Stream Analytics. Experience in performance tuning of complex ETL mappings for relational and non-relational workloads. Advanced SQL programming, SparkSQL or PySpark. Hands on Unix scripting or PowerShell Knowledge on Hadoop Data Serialization mechanism. Experience with Azure PaaS services Hands on experience in Azure, preferably analytics applications leveraging NoSQL and relational databases and Big data. Facilitate data integration, data conformity, data integrity and ensure data structures are designed for flexibility to support future business needs and enhancements. Experience cleansing, manipulating and analysing large datasets both structured and Unstructured. Knowledge on Azure data security and encryption best practices. Candidate must have strong communication and critical thinking skills to effectively liaison with the business and other stakeholders including BA’s, architects and Front-End Engineers. Strong experience in leading multiple data Products and a team of Data QA Leads. Ideally, you’ll also have Lean certification or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt.
