Data Scientist Experience :5 to 8 years Your key responsibilities: In this role, you should leverage process/enterprise data to build statistical models to obtain business relevant insights and implement scalable AI solutions on a suitable technology stack for enterprise deployment. You should be able to Integrate new ML and AI modules to existing enterprise IT/Data stack including BI systems. The candidate should be able to design AI solutions for industry problems with suitable selection of best fit algorithms and create insightful and actionable reports and visualizations with conclusions derived from data More specifically, the successful candidate should: Use advanced mathematical models, machine learning algorithms, operations research techniques to deliver insight, recommendations, and solutions. Perform machine learning, text analytics, and statistical analysis methods, such as classification, collaborative filtering, association rules, sentiment analysis, topic modeling, time-series analysis, regression, statistical inference, and validation methods. Perform exploratory data analyses, generate and test working hypotheses, prepare and analyse historical data and identify patterns Develop sustainable, consumable, accurate, and impactful reporting on model inputs, model outputs, observed outputs, business impact, and key performance indicators. Present compelling, validated stories to all levels of organization, including peers, senior management, and internal customers to drive both strategic and operational changes in business. Independently perform statistical analysis, computer programming, predictive modeling and experimental design. Develop innovative techniques and statistical models to operationalize team’s strategies and processes Leverage tools, processes and procedures to build, manipulate, and manage very large data sets (data science platform engineering) to deliver business impacting analytics. To qualify for the role, a candidate should be proficient with: Knowledge of AI domains, algorithms and techniques used Knowledge and experience with machine learning algorithms (supervised and unsupervised). Understanding of Deep Learning technologies and leading technology stacks used for DL Knowledge of statistical techniques to support exploratory findings and conclusions Strong experience in one of the programming languages used in data science (Python, R, MATLAB or similar) Experience with some of the related packages Numpy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Scikit-Learn, Tensorflow, etc. Experience with Machine learning / Deep learning, such as Deep Neural Networks, Tensorflow, Caffe, Keras, PyTorch. Experience in the design of analytical models: (Decision Trees, Scoring, Clustering, pattern discovery, trends, regressions, Deep learning...). Experience training models with cloud services, preferably Azure ML services. Experience in deploying machine/deep learning solutions Excellent communication skills to communicate and effectively present findings from data Innovative mindset to identify use cases and implement agile and scalable solutions. Degree in Computer Science/ Engineering Sciences/ Applied Mathematics/ Statistics Postgraduate degree in Big Data, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Business Analytics or Business Intelligence will be strongly valued.
