Job purpose:
< strong>
  • Configuration, customization and integration of CRM modules (Sales, Service and Marketing). Hands-on with technologies like MS Dynamics CRM to configure customize required features

    < li>< ul> Your client responsibilities:
    < strong>
    • Create relevant code artefacts based on the defined functional specifications < li>
    • Responsible for design, build, test and deployment efforts for Dynamics CRM technology solutions < li>
    • Execute assigned tasks within a structured project environment and lead consultants in various project work streams < li>
    • Work cooperatively in a team environment < li>
    • Remain flexible on changing workloads

        • Understanding of the CRM concepts - Sales, Service and Marketing< li>
        • Experience as a QA tester analyst in software development for CRM solutions.< li>
        • Ability to drive the testing processes starting from planning phase to test case execution and bug-fixing support.< li>
        • Ability to write test plans, cases and other test documentation.< li>
        • Design and coding experience in skills viz. (Visual Studio, C# and IIS-Dynamics CRM) < li>
        • Experience in agile delivery and deployment , continuous integration and build processes< li>
        • Familiar with relational database concepts and SQL < li>
        • Product configuration , customization and integration experience < li>
        • Strong analytical and problem solving skills; ability to work creatively in problem solving environment < li>
        • Excellent customer service skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills< li>
        • BE B.Tech. MCA MBA with a sound industry experience of 4 to 5 years

          • Prior experience of managing a globally distributed team< li>
          • Experience with agile methodology
