Position Summary CORE BUSINESS OPERATIONS Core Business Operations (CBO) is an integrated set of offerings that addresses our clients' core business issues. CBO provides a gamut of consulting services spanning advisory, implementation and operations. CBO practitioners help our clients transform, modernize, and run their existing technology platforms right from process design to implementation and finally ensuring roll-out transition. CBO has four different offerings — Systems Engineering focused on design, delivery and support of large scale software applications and integrated systems; Cloud Engineering focused on end-to-end cloud services from migration strategy into transformation and cloud operations; Sector Packages focused on industry vertical, sector specific solutions that drive operational change and automate the core of the business; and Operations Transformation focused on creating a flexible, innovative business model for clients supported by a strong operations foundation. CBO serves clients across Life Sciences and Health Care, Government & Public Services and Financial Services among other industries. BUSINESS TECHNOLOGY ANALYST As a Business Technology Analyst at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for developing and deploying large scale complex software solutions at an enterprise level. These applications are often high-volume mission critical systems and would provide you an exposure to a broad range of technologies across all layers of architecture in the Windows Admin technology stack. You will work with functional and technical teams on the project located across shores. The work you will do Install and Configure Linux Systems Perform System Maintenance Create System Backups Monitor System Performance Provide Technical Support and Guidance Maintain System Security The team CBO practitioners work on design, delivery and support of a variety of solutions that help our clients meet business objectives. These solutions range from large scale ground-up custom developed applications, to cloud based development and integration services as well as customizing industry sector focused packages. As a Windows Admin capability hire on this team, you would get opportunities to work on all adjacent area technologies such cloud-based service. QUALIFICATIONS: Education: B.E./B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) Prior Experience: 1 to 3 years of web or application development experience using Java/J2EE technology stack. Skills / Project Experience - required: Good knowledge on Windows 2016, Windows 2012, 2010, SCCM, PowerShell and DHCP Knowledge on VM Ware Assessing the stability, security, and scalability of installed Windows systems. Discussing system and server upgrades with IT managers. Installing or upgrading Windows systems and servers. Providing technical support for staff and back-end system users. Troubleshooting system and server errors. Reviewing system error logs and user-reported errors. Monitoring and updating the Windows codebase. Managing user access. Monitoring system performance. Maintaining server architecture security and creating system backups. Detailed knowledge of Windows server setup, deployment, and maintenance. Ability to create scripts in Perl, Python, and similar languages. Experience with databases, patch management, and networks including LAN and WAN. Familiarity with modern operating systems and server platforms. Knowledge of network security systems, intrusion detection systems, and data backup. Good problem-solving skills. Good analytical and communication skills. #SCCM Should have strong experience in SCCM 2007 & 2012 / version 1802,1806,1810 & 1902. Experience in design and installation of Microsoft System Configuration Manager 2007-2012. In-depth knowledge of SCCM client installation, software distribution, remote control, and other SCCM issues. Expertise in SCCM Administration, deployment, packaging, network inventory, boundaries, installer and network designing. Experience in deploying, troubleshooting, and managing Bit locker encryption on Windows devices Experience in using Microsoft BitLocker Administration and Monitoring (MBAM) SCCM knowledge and experience Experience in supporting Windows (7, 8 and 10).
