Inviting applications for the role of Consultant - L3 Production Support

Responsibilities
< u>< strong>
  • Prior experience in the managed application development & support environment specially involving .NET side of the applications < li>
  • Able to multi-task and manage multiple demands and projects within deadlines < li>
  • Be able to complete minor changes & enhancement as prioritized by Business on .NET applications < li>
  • Provide high-quality technical support for the suite of applications, and services, to achieve the delivery of agreed levels of services to client < li>
  • Take ownership of customer issues and see problems through to resolution < li>
  • Conduct analysis, suggest workarounds, communicate to stakeholders and drive resolution < li>
  • Determine root cause of issues and strive to eliminate recurrence of problems < li>
  • Maintain, enhance and revise knowledge articles for the suite of supported applications < li>
  • Participate in daily stand ups and provide the status of deliverables < li>
  • Flexible for a shift based environment (rotational)
    < li> < ul> Minimum Qualifications

    • BE B Tech M Tech MCA BCA < li>
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      < li> < ul> Preferred Qualifications
      < u>< strong>
      • Experience and knowledge of .Net Framework & SQL Server < li>
      • L3 Production Support & Minor Enhancement with .NET < li>
      • Knowledge of SQL Server, .NET Framework, SharePoint, SSIS
