Inviting applications for the role of Cognos Tableau Developer Responsibilities Creating, enhancing and maintaining Framework Manager models to support business requirements Working with business users to design and develop Cognos BI reports using Report Studio with data drill-down and slice-and-dice options Develop and implement test plans to ensure successful delivery of a project Apply your deep expertise in design & development, as well as code fix and testing Cognos applications Manage the delivery while working with distributed multi-geography teams Perform technical and business analysis of data and business rules, consolidation, cleansing and harmonization of enterprise models in support of application integration Design cubes to ensure data parity across multiple systems Change / update and Planning analytics application in line with the user/product owner requirements Expert in Tableau server administration Rebuild data visualizations created in prior versions of Tableau to take advantage of enhancements to the tool Proven track record of performance tuning, handling data issues at Tableau level Sound understanding of advance Tableau features such as mobile authoring, integration with R etc. Sound understanding of using Tableau with multi- dimensional data sources such as OLAP cubes Minimum Qualifications BE/B Tech/ MCA Solid Cognos hands on experience Perform technical and business analysis of data and business rules, consolidation, cleansing and harmonization of enterprise models in support of application integration Design cubes to ensure data parity across multiple systems Change / update and Planning analytics application in line with the user/product owner requirements SQL/No SQL Preferred Qualifications Perform technical and business analysis of data and business rules, consolidation, cleansing and harmonization of enterprise models in support of application integration Design cubes to ensure data parity across multiple systems Change / update and Planning analytics application in line with the user/product owner requirements Genpact is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers applicants for all positions without regard to race, color, religion or belief, sex, age, national origin, citizenship status, marital status, military/veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, physical or mental disability or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws.
