Requisition ID:- 402981 Consultant – Risk Advisory Services – Risk Transformation SAP The opportunity You would be undertaking engagements comprising SAP Advisory and automation work around – post implementation, pre-implementation, diagnostic audit, PMO, financial transformation, accounting framework around SAP, supply chain optimization/restructuring, digital transformation, impact of indirect taxation, GRC, SoD and role redesign. Your Key Responsibilities Skills and attributes for success Candidate should have relevant experience in SAP with specified number of implementations and Advisory work. Experience of working on S4 Hana migration and implementation would be given priority. Relevant understanding of specified module and process/function would be necessary. You should be able to apply your functional knowledge to practical scenarios and identify gaps in – internal controls, process mapping in SAP, best practices, usage of standard reports, transaction/master data, etc. You should be able to suggest changes to mitigate those gaps as well as have ability and experience for recommending relevant MIS for mid-level and senior level management. You should be well versed with SAP development roadmap in the area of your expertise and how it will impact various businesses and its functions. To qualify for the role you must have Graduates / Post graduates 1 to 3 years of SAP (MM/SD/FICO) experience along with consulting exposure Ideally you’ll also have Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation and negotiation skills Be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative Comfortable interacting with senior executives (within the firm and at the client) Strong leadership skills and supervisory responsibility What We Look For People with the ability to work in a collaborative way to provide services across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements.
