We are currently looking for a Client Support Specialist part of our front line support team focused on real-time market data products by trouble shooting and resolving client queries. This is a technical role with a client focus.
Responsibilities

- Deliver on our exceptional client experience < li>
- Research, diagnose problems and communicate solutions to customers < li>
- Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure we provide exceptional customer support < li>
- Ownership for customer issues, show empathy, and regular status updates of all open requests < li>
- Work closely with other teams to find solutions to fix issues
< li> < ul> Knowledge And Experience
< u>< strong>- Experience in a client facing role < li>
- BA or BS degree < li>
- Unix, Unix power tools, Unix scripting (proficiency of 7+ on a scale of 10) < li>
- Networks and core computing concepts (CPU’s, memory, I O, ) < li>
- Client focused < li>
- Business and financial written and verbal communication skills < li>
- Troubleshooting and problem solving < li>
- Knowledge of financial markets and associated terminology < li>
- Business Level Mandarin, Japanese or Korean language would be an advantage< li> < ul> < div>< body>< html>
