Job Description Title Project Administrator Required Qualification Post-Graduation Master of Business Administration Position Summary The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Learning & Development as well as in Project Coordination skills. The candidate needs to drive training initiatives as well as identifies and arranges suitable training solutions for employees. You'll take a strategic approach to training, assessing the skills and knowledge within an organisation and determining what training is needed to grow and retain these skills. This resource will be reporting into a Senior Associate supporting stakeholders in coordinating and implementing the L&D for the Nordics Operations team. Skills Requirement-Essential Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong presentation skills Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives Ability to design and implement effective training and development Experience in project coordination with strong organizational skills would be required to support a PM on the following tasks: Basic Coordination of project meetings - produce, maintain and distribute meeting minutes, project documentation, updates Support PM with the project execution, including inputting project schedules, track status and adjustments, and ensure all milestones, actions and deadlines are met on-schedule Follow up on action items with key stakeholders and task owners to ensure on-time project tasks Adjust quickly to changes in stakeholder requirements and global governance Desired Technical Skills Knowledge in Project Management tools would be an added advantage Desired Behavioural Skills Personal commitment to improving your own knowledge and skills and a passion for continuous learning and development Proactive, enthusiastic and innovative approach to work Demonstrate strong organizational skills and structured thinking abilities Demonstrate strong interpersonal and analytical skills Demonstrate an eye for detail Be flexible and willing to adjust responsibilities to align with developing business needs Other Requirements Relevant experience of 0-2 years required Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change Responsible for supporting PM with the day-to-day management and smooth operation of various projects.
