General Summary

Job Overview

• Responsible for all Opex Procurement related activities such as PO Creation and Releasing to supplier for PAN India.
• Regular follow-up with suppliers on delivery schedule s to ensure on-time deliveries of Material.
• Responsible for performing regular performance metrics to drive Continuous Improvements and deploying improvement plans accordingly.
• Responsible for raising Advance Payment Requests and solving Payment related Queries by coordinating with the Finance team.
• Responsible for Post Order activities like arranging End User Statements for the products ordered, Drawing & Specification approvals and Signing NCNR documents.
• Co-ordination with various departments like Planning, Engineering, Logistics and Stores to ensure smooth flow, adherence to quality and timely dispatch of finished goods from vendor end meeting project requirements.
• Developing long-term partnerships with suppliers; managing day-to-day supplier performance to ensure meeting of Service, Cost, Delivery and Quality norms (QCDS)
