Responsibility Area Key Activities Indicative Performance Measures Financial / Strategy Strategy & Planning Prepares and proposes the annual media plan for the region that includes the activities to be undertaken, spend on various activities viz. brand building, outdoor hoardings, print Ads, new media and approximate timelines. Drives the planning and execution of media plan with HO/ regional sales head Ensures the execution of the marketing plan of (existing and new projects) as per timelines to generate walkins and direct bookings Walkins generated Leads generated Expenses within budget Marketing spend efficiency Operational Brand building Identifies customer touch-points Works to build customer engagements, channel partner engagements, retail partner activities, etc. through organizing promotional activities (art shows, corporate event – golf) and campaigns (activities in malls, hoardings, print ads in newspaper and magazines etc) Seeks feedback from customers / sales to ensure that marketing efforts are channelized well Adherence to plan Effective campaign management Effective support to sales department Timely release of ads Project Launches Work on end-to-end marketing for all new project launches Work with product team to fix project USP’s and campaign brief Work with creative agency to develop communication campaign Create and execute media plans basis budgets and ensure direct bookings Ensure all marketing collaterals are developed and available on time for all launches Working with Call centre and digital teams to ensure all performance ratios of leads to walkin and booking are maintained Walkins generated Bookings generated Campaign quality Cost of Sales Direct Sales Work with direct sales teams to ensure the required direct sales target is met Work with referral and loyalty teams, digital teams, upcountry and international teams to ensure direct sales plans are made and targets are met for each channel Direct sales achieved Referral sales achieved Upcountry direct sales achieved Internal Interfaces Purpose of Interaction HO Business Marketing Campaign Management Region Sales Direct sales closure Design & Product Understanding the project briefs Finance & Accounts Payment process External Interfaces Purpose of Interaction Vendors Brand visibility, and other marketing-related activities
