Auto req ID: 250113BR Job Description Job Purpose and Accountabilities: Prospecting & hunting new accounts/customers within Away from Home/Foodservice key subchannels like Airlines, Airports, Hotels, Restaurant chains, CSD/Railways Institution sales, Office channel, AVM operators, Cloud kitchen customers, Cinema chains etc Deliver annual AOP on new business development – number of accounts, annual volume, profitability target Deliver annual volume/value objective within the budgeted cost for Key accounts Drive execution to achieve beverage incidence and quality objectives in workplace Developing the right pack x price strategy to penetrate the identified channels. Jointly pitching to customers and supporting the bottling team in signing off the contracts/terms of trade agreement. Joint Business Planning with Key customer that this role will be managing– Annual Volume delivery, Contract Compliance, Customer wiring and monthly planning/reviews Qualifications/Requirements 4-5 years of Sales experiences including Business development & Key account management experience in On Premise/Foodservice/Out of home/Insti channel for FMCG companies Strong negotiation skills; ability to work across hierarchies internally and externally MBA – Marketing Strong inter-personal skills, ability to nurture long term strategic relationships and someone with existing relationships in the subchannels mentioned above (Airlines/Airports/Offices/Cinema/Cloud kitchen/Restaurants/CSD/Railways etc) Result orientation, positive attitude and hungry for building new business Relocation Eligible: Eligible for Standard Relocation Job Type: Regular
