Management Level :9 Work Experience :6-8 years Work location :Gurugram Must Have Skills :Business Requirement Analysis Good To Have Skills :Core Banking Fundamentals,Payment Processing Design Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : A: Meet with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business, financial, and operations requirements and systems goals, and identify and resolve systems issues B: Performed extensive gap analysis and recommended solutions for sustainability for the system C: Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives that address existing and potential trouble areas in operating Technical Experience : A:Besides standard BA skills reqs mgmt, Jira/confluence etc should have good experience in technology, product development, and delivery for marketing team B:Implemented Adobe analytics in previous role C:Understand integration of AEP Adobe experience platform with Adobe analytics and Campaign manager D:Knowledge of enriching customer profile via AEP E:Understanding of Adobe/Google Martech technologies is key Professional Attributes : A:Excellent communication skills 15 years of full time education
