We are inviting applications for the role of BA, Instructional Designer

< strong>Responsibilities

  • Analyse and understand client requirements completely < li>
  • Write according to the learner needs and characteristics < li>
  • Write clear, concise, and grammatically correct content < li>
  • Create detailed design with macro and micro design strategies; create an effective content outline < li>
  • Develop training content for all forms of training based on design - eLearning’s, ILTs, SOPs < li>
  • Comprehend complex content and present it in a clear manner, easy for the end use to comprehend < li>
  • Summarize information into crisp newsletters articles < li>
  • Create innovative storylines for business information < li>
  • Work with the Graphic Designer and Programmer to visualize corporate elements

    • Graduation in any discipline

      • Experience in core instruction design < li>
