Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President - Master Black Belt Responsibilities You will be Identifying areas of significant Customer Business Impact and improvement opportunities therein and provide strategic direction & thought leadership The role provides an opportunity to lead initiatives providing exposure to senior partners – internal and external Liaison with client Black Belts and as well CXO / CFO for query or issues related to efficiency, process stabilization and identifying digital opportunities Proactive in balancing query with regards to process transformation Ability to work with cross-functional teams; multiple geographies to be responsible for a common agenda for transformation & continuous improvement Exposure to Digital process / tool implementation will be an added advantage Lead and Implement business process management system for new clients Ability to build and run continuous improvement roadmaps in synchronization with client agenda to drive higher efficiency to customers / run better AOI at Genpact level Drive Effectively Quality DNA - training, testing & certification, lead any other analytics and efficiency initiatives that come up Mentoring of Black Belts Basic accounting knowledge to enable understanding of the purpose and the process followed Project Management exposure to help work on queries require detailed approach and presentation of facts and figures related to Global Accounting View Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Exposure to Project management or Process Excellence or MBB profile with significant experience in IT Should have experience as a Black Belt (exposure to black belt project / big transformation / consulting projects) Confirmed experience in driving continuous improvements across teams using Lean Six Sigma framework Facilitative skills – Influencing skills, mentoring and coaching – to be able to inspire change Preferred qualifications Experience in Lean and Six Sigma Excellent presentation skills Good Analytical and Improvisation skills Genpact is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers applicants for all positions without regard to race, color, religion or belief, sex, age, national origin, citizenship status, marital status, military/veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, physical or mental disability or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws.
