Inviting role applications for Assistant Vice President - CoE Lead In this role, you will be responsible for managing a large scale program for a large European Investment Bank. This program will be to reengineer entire Client Lifecycle Management processes leveraging industry leading products such as Fenergo. Work with senior client stakeholders (across business and technology) to have a real time understanding of business problems and, design the solution which is fit for purpose. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of a large scale program (multi-million dollars) (Delivery, stakeholder management, Risk Management etc) Present status report to Genpact Management and client senior stakeholders Strong understanding of Trade Surveillance, AML, KYC, Client Lifecycle Management process Good understanding of Capital Market Domain Strong understanding of AWS, Hadoob, Digital Tech stack Experience with large scale implementation programs Very good analytical skills and problem-solving ability Excellent written and verbal communication skills Team management (team size of 40+ members) Understand and partner with clients to manage delivery executions. Experience is creating and running a CoE will be preferred.
