Job Summary

  • Accountability towards monthly targets on orders shipments & quarterly targets on opportunity pipeline.< li>
  • Drive sales growth and increase market share in Assigned Territory< li>
  • Deal with key customers in Power, Oil & Gas, Food & Beverages, Chemical, Municipal, Pharma segments< li>
  • Manage customer relationship from top to bottom and ensure customer satisfaction through product and services< li>
  • Drive value selling and value communication actions at key accounts< li>
  • Strategize and drive marketing and service offerings to key accounts< li>
  • Conceptualize and execute pricing and service agreements with key accounts.< li>
  • Develops, implements & sustains comprehensive account plans (sales, marketing and service programs strategies) to achieve annual booking and sales numbers< li>
  • Meet weekly customer visit targets and generate sales opportunities< li>
  • Be a single point contact for coordination related to customers.< li>
  • Prepares and maintains all sales documentation (Sales Funnel, Client Profile, etc.) and ensures updated maintenance of the CRM system. Understand customer requirement and offer correct product technology solution.< li>
  • Ensure timely submission of technical and commercial offer.< li>
  • Regular follow up with customers to conclude the order< li>
  • Coordination Teamwork with supply chain & Service teams to ensure fulfillment of order to customer satisfaction.< li>
  • On time payment collection from customers< li>
  • Monitor and analyze competition activities in the sales territory< li>
  • Drive and execute actions to deliver results in key focus areas.

    • Knowledge and Skills:< li>
      • Self-motivated with a strategic mindset< li>
      • Required ability to identify issues and develop practical solutions< li>
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills< li>
      • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) or equivalent skills< li>
      • Industry knowledge specific to water treatment< li> < ul> < ul>
        • Educational and Experience Requirements:< li>
          • Bachelor of Engineering, MBA degree preferred< li>
          • 5+ years of successful water treatment related experience< li> < ul> < ul>
            • Physical Demands:< li>
              • Travel dependent on size of assigned territory< li>
              • May require long work days & varied schedule< li> < ul> < ul>
