We are inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager , S ales Incentive Planning In this role, you will be responsible to support customer in Sales Incentive Planning administration process to calculate the incentive payouts. . Responsibilities Responsible for SIP Admin services such as quota setting, for applicable KPIs for calculation of the sales incentive payout Ensure accuracy of calculated payout Obtain the complete approval for the payouts from the stakeholders (sales manager, sales support team, HR etc.) before releasing the payouts Responsible for maintaining data accuracy relevant to SIP Machine data controls for execution of seamless payout process Perform SIP machine data accuracy checks and liaise with the teams to resolve the issues Qualifications we seek in you!
