Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager – Project Management In this role ideal candidate will have relevant years of Project Management experience leading Cyber Security projects. The project manager will be responsible for simultaneously executing numerous projects which are varied and complex in nature. Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in IT Security Projects. Key Responsibilities Managing numerous complex projects with various priorities and stakeholders Understand the project objectives and scope to assess associated requirements. Create Charter, project requirement specifications and technical specifications documentation Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that project team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently Maintain Risk and RAID logs to ensure all project risks and issues are tracked and escalated to the correct forums, as necessary Analyze critical path and constraints to determine effect of changes to schedule and recommend work-around Creating thorough and accurate reports and providing status updates on projects; presenting findings to senior leadership on a routine basis Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, external suppliers / contractors / consultants as required for project delivery. Support transition/handover of work items to a business-as-usual state once project deliverables are complete Drive internal or external security assessment finding remediation within Infosec and IT Manage and coordinate project procurement Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications Graduate / Post Graduate Degree Experience of managing projects Project management certifications (CAPM, PMP, PMI-ACP, Prince, Agile/ Scrum, Design Thinking etc.) Attention to detail, proficient in written and verbal communication skills and flexible in work timings Analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills Interpersonal skills and ability to work independently while functioning as part of a team Ambitious on task completion and high on integrity and reliability Good communication and presentation skills Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of key security technologies – Anti-virus, Encryption, Data Leak Prevention, Vulnerability Scanners, Penetration Testing Technologies, Web proxy, Understanding of SAAS architecture, cloud technologies, Application Security / Penetration Test concepts CISM, CISA, CEH, CISSP or other well-known security certification. Candidates with certification will be preferred.
