Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Payroll Insourcing

Responsibilities
< u>< strong>
  • End to end HR Shared Services transactional activities< li>
  • Deliver a quality and professional service to all internal customers and stakeholders< li>
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures to ensure high quality and consistent service delivery< li>
  • Collect and cleanse data to populate management reporting systems< li>
  • Good interpersonal skills as the resource will be interacting with the stakeholders< li>
  • Sound domain knowledge required in terms of process deliverables< li>
  • Ability to get into detailing of the process and have an eye for detail

    Minimum Qualifications
    < u>< strong>
    • Graduation from a recognized university< li>
    • Work exp. preferably in HR or any Insurance related processes
      < li> < ul> Preferred Qualifications

      • Excellent MS Excel & PowerPoint skills< li>
      • Basic knowledge on how Insurance works(Medical & Life Insurance)< li>
      • Excellent business English proficiency - both oral and written< li>
      • Passionate; highly motivated and zeal to go over call of duty preferred< li>
      • High level of integrity, professionalism and organized nature< li>
      • Adaptability to work across global teams< li>
      • Highly collaborative in nature and work effortlessly with both middle management and senior leadership cadre< li>
      • Analytical bent of mind
