JD: Cloud Network Engineer Grade Senior (2/3) No of Positions: 1 Expected joining date Immediate Job Summary: EY is looking for a Cloud Network SME to join our Managed Service team to lead the design & development of the Cloud Network architectures, policies, procedures, methods, and tools for Cloud environments. As a Cloud network Specialist, you will design, build, and manage the cloud network infrastructure of information technology (IT) systems. This includes installing VMs, configuring firewalls, setting up virtual private networks (VPNs), and adding upgrades, setting up the Azure cloud infrastructure components like Load Balancers, NSG, Routing and firewall Devices Key Responsibilities: Subject-matter expertise across public cloud networks. Azure (Mandatory). AWS and Google are good to have) Act as a lead network engineer in cloud application migration process and develop target state and transition state design for cloud adoption and migration. Ensure full network availability and security during and after migration is completed Identify design gaps in existing and propose architectures and recommend changes or enhancements Author best practice and reference architectures for network solutions Design and develop cloud network architectures and perform architecture design reviews Build and develop the team by mentoring team members Build CICD pipeline for Infrastructure as a Code and Network as a Code, based on Ansible, Terraform and Azure Resource Manager template Candidate should be willing to work in rotational shifts and on-call support Knowledge, skills and experience requirements: 8+ years of experience with cloud and Networking 5 years’ experience with Cloud platforms (Azure) Network security devices (Palo Alto Firewalls, Cisco) Experience with protocols including TCP/IP, BGP, and OSPF Azure Networking (Gateways, VPNs, Load Balancers, Application Gateway, NSG, Express Route, DNS/Traffic Manager and 3rd party networking components) Network analysis software and tracing Certified to CCNP Level, AZure Certifications will be a plus. Linux scripting knowledge (bash, Perl or Python) - Experience working with a variety of APIs Strong focus on collaboration and enablement of team-based successes Adept in Agile teamwork with high velocity, high quality environment and highly iterative cycles Strong hands-on experience in: Cloud Networking Operations Linux/Unix and Windows OS Network architecture and security configurations Strong understanding of Information Security in various environments Experience in Implementing DevSecOps and deployment orchestration, automation, and configuration management (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Puppet, Chef, Terraform etc) preferred.
