Job Title: Area manager Operations Location: Ahmedabad
  • Ensure a safe work environment for all associates< li>
  • Review the work forecasts and determine productivity requirements to produce during the day to meet the overall building objectives.< li>
  • Proactively identify and lead process improvement initiatives< li>
  • Balance labor, ensuring that you are operating a balanced and efficient shift while meeting all production goals< li>
  • Embrace a start-up mentality and emphasize “have fun”. - As an Area Manager, you’ll have multi-shift responsibilities, providing leadership to several assistant managers, and managing external vendor relationships and performance.

    • A completed Bachelor’s Degree Diploma from an accredited university in engineering, operations, or related field.< li>
    • Direct management experience for employees in a retail, distribution, or logistics environment< li>
    • A completed Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in engineering, operations, or related field.
