Management Level :11 Work Experience :2.5-4 years Work location :Hyderabad Must Have Skills :PeopleSoft PeopleTools Good To Have Skills :No Technology Specialization Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : a: Work directly with key business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, design, consider design alternatives, facilitate discussions and provide out of the box solution b: Developing, testing and deploying integrations specific to Workday to meet business requirements c: Analyzes release updates to understand impacts of feature changes, in relation to clients existing integrations d: Use experience in Implementation Methodology to implementation projects Technical Experience : a: Design and develop high-quality, scalable and production-ready front-end code following industry standards and best practices b: Provide ongoing maintenance and develop functionality against custom applications and vendor code c: Build mockups and prototypes to communicate and refine product concepts d: Field internal requests or issues from team members; assess common challenges of users; and then devise and implement solutions or documented procedures e: Extend and integrate software packag Professional Attributes : a: Good verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization b: Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision Educational Qualification : a: Hands on with Fluid devlopmnt exp b: Familiar with Classic Plus Exp with Approval Workflow Engine Additional Information : Troubleshoot production, app or website issues Follow through issues and problem until resolved 15 years of full time education
