Key responsibilities will be: - Conduct Client workshops Gather and document tax requirements for business and performing system fit and gapanalysis Advising clients on Tax department strategy/policy including Tax assessment from a people, process, technology and governance point of view Process improvements, redesigning client tax departments and evaluating automation opportunities Work on design and development of tax solutions Apply your technology skills in areas like programming applications, robotic process automation, data wrangling, analytics, or datacenter operational excellence Conduct user acceptance testing to compile comprehensive test scenarios and identify flaws as well as improvements to newly built systems and processes Qualification And Experience Required – Full time Masters/Bachelor’s in Engineering/Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent from reputedUniversity Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Execute data intensive tasks and facilitate organization of data for reporting requirements Gather and analyze requirements, conduct testing, implement, and support the solution including troubleshooting Proficiency in MS Office applications, specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint andAccess Effective communication with strong relationship managementskills Team player, adhering to the timelines for finishingdeliverables Strong project management and leadershipabilities Relentlessfocusonqualityofworkproductswhileadheringtocompletingdeliverablesontime Motivated to learn new technologies through self-study and work to develop prototypes and solve technical problems Preferred experience in one or more of the areas below: Computer programming skills involving one or more programming languages and Database concepts - .Net Core, Angular, Bootstrap, HTML5 and CSS3, SharePoint On-premise/Online, MS SQL, Oracle, Big Data, VBA, Python, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, relational databases, networking concepts etc. Experience in automation/analytical tools such as: Data wrangling tools - Alteryx, Power Query, Informatica, Tableau Prep, or others Robotic process automation tools – UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere or others Analytical tools – Power BI, Qlikview, Tableau, or others Knowledge of business and tax processes, creating functional specifications, identifying and developing requirements for new reports, preparing test scripts and providing user training and support The Team Tax Management Consulting (TMC) - Ever expanding regulations and increasing scrutiny on multinational corporations has made it necessary for leading-edge tax departments to serve a critical role in the risk management and overall performance of the enterprise.
