Drives automation initiatives for Middleware Installation, configuration and Administration. Develops business cases to justify strategic investment in systems architecture, including analysis of future growth and cost reduction opportunities. Provides technical engineering and design review for new Middleware platforms, applications, infrastructure. Technical Experience : Strong understanding of the TIBCO platform and various products Involved in the suite with more than 7 years of experience. The administrator must possess a broad range of analytical or technical skills and Experience with enterprise-class services. The administrator will work with a technical staff team and experience troubleshooting and performance tuning of API or ESB or middleware components. Experience troubleshooting or Managing Runtime Servers Professional Attributes : Good verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision Flexible to work in 24x7 shift Take part in weekend or holiday on call support Educational Qualification : Bachelors Degree 15 years of full time education
