MTC invites HR Freshers' looking to gain industry experience to apply to our 4-8 week internship programs. As a HR Intern your roles and responsibilities will include but not limited to
  • Understand the business environment and the role of a HR function. < li>
  • Work on projects related to various HR activities in the organization such as- Recruitment, Onboarding, Goal Setting, Performance Management, Training & Development, Compensation & Rewards, Employee Benefits etc < li>
  • Use theoretical knowledge to bring a fresh perspective to the various HR activities. < li>
  • Work with Business heads and Stakeholders and provide support in achieving business goals by leveraging human resource.

    • Masters degree specializing in HR from a reputed institute. An engineering graduation will be an added advantage.< li>
