Job Title: Senior UI Designer (Figma Expert)
Location: New Delhi, India
Position Type: Full-time

About the Role
We are seeking a visionary Senior UI Designer and Figma Expert to lead the visual direction of our digital products. In this role, you will transform complex workflows into beautiful, intuitive, and high-fidelity user interfaces. You will act as our internal champion for design excellence, driving the adoption of advanced Figma methodologies across the team.

Key Responsibilities

System Architecture: Build, scale, and maintain a comprehensive, multi-platform Figma design system utilizing advanced variables, auto-layout 5.0, and responsive components.
UI Design: Craft pixel-perfect user interfaces, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications.
Workflow Optimization: Establish best practices for file organization, component architecture, and design-to-development handoffs.
Collaboration: Partner with UX researchers, product managers, and front-end engineers to ensure design feasibility and production integrity.
Mentorship: Guide junior designers on advanced Figma techniques and modern UI design principles.

Required Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 5+ years of professional UI/UX design experience, with a heavy focus on digital product design.
Figma Mastery: Expert-level command of Figma, including advanced knowledge of tokens, variables, nested components, auto-layout, and interactive prototyping.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating clean typography, sophisticated color theory, responsive layouts, and meticulous attention to detail.
Technical Skills: Deep understanding of platform guidelines (Material Design, iOS Human Interface Guidelines) and modern front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/React constraints).

Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Delhi NCR.
