Job Description

A QA Tester for SaaS products in Delhi requires manual and automation skills, API testing experience, and a hybrid work setup. Key requirements include test case execution, bug tracking, and cloud platform familiarity.

Key Responsibilities

Test Execution: Design, write, and execute detailed test cases for web-based SaaS platforms.
Testing Types: Perform functional, regression, integration, and smoke testing for new feature releases.
API & Backend Validation: Test RESTful APIs using tools like Postman or REST Assured.
Defect Management: Identify, log, and track bugs via Jira, working closely with developers for root-cause analysis.
Automation (Preferred): Maintain and expand basic UI/API automation scripts using Selenium or Cypress with Python/Java.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
SaaS Experience: Proven background in testing cloud-hosted, multi-tenant subscription applications.
Core Skills: Strong grasp of SDLC/STLC processes, SQL querying, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Soft Skills: Excellent analytical thinking and cross-functional communication.

Role: Quality Assurance (QA) Tester / Engineer

Location: Delhi / NCR (Hybrid – 3 days in-office, 2 days remote)

Experience: 2 to 5 years in software testing
