Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Flutter Developer to architect and build high-performance, cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android. You will lead technical decisions, optimize app performance, and mentor junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Build scalable, pixel-perfect mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
- State Management: Implement efficient state management patterns (e.g., BLoC, Riverpod, or Provider).
- API Integration: Connect seamlessly with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and Firebase.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous testing (unit/widget) and implement CI/CD pipelines.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews.
Qualifications
- Experience: 4+ years of mobile software development, with at least 3 years dedicated to Flutter.
- Native Knowledge: Solid understanding of native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin/Java) environments.
- Portfolio: Proven track record of deploying robust, scalable apps to the App Store and Google Play.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent cross-functional communication.
