Role Overview
We need a creative Canva Expert to scale our visual content production. You will build, manage, and optimize digital assets while maintaining strict brand consistency. You will also empower internal teams by creating reusable templates that uphold our corporate identity.
Key Responsibilities
- Asset Creation: Design high-impact social media graphics, ad banners, pitch decks, video thumbnails, and print collateral rapidly.
- Brand Kit Management: Build and maintain centralized Brand Kits, custom fonts, color palettes, and graphic element libraries.
- Template Scaling: Design intuitive, locked-down templates for non-designers across marketing and sales teams.
- Advanced Production: Use AI tools, video editing, mockups, and animations within the platform to elevate content.
- Quality Control: Review team projects to ensure strict alignment with brand guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Platform Mastery: Deep expertise in advanced tools, magic resize, animation features, and folder structures.
- Design Fundamentals: Strong grasp of typography, color theory, layout composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Efficiency: Proven ability to turn around high-volume assets under tight daily deadlines.
- Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to train and support cross-functional teams.
- Portfolio: A robust portfolio showcasing commercial marketing assets built primarily in the platform.
