The Role
We are looking for a Front-End Developer who lives and breathes the browser. You won't just be "pushing pixels"; you will be architecting the bridge between our complex backend logic and our users. You'll work closely with UI/UX designers and backend engineers to build high-performance, responsive web applications using modern frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
Feature Development: Build and maintain scalable, reusable UI components using React.js or Next.js.
Performance Engineering: Optimize applications for maximum speed, accessibility, and Core Web Vitals.
Collaboration: Translate Figma wireframes into high-quality code and collaborate with Backend Developers to integrate RESTful/GraphQL APIs.
Quality & Standards: Write clean, type-safe code (TypeScript) and ensure cross-browser/cross-device compatibility.
Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve with emerging trends like AI-native tooling, Edge computing, and server-side rendering.
Who You Are
Experienced: 2+ years of professional experience in front-end development (Startup experience is a huge plus).
Tech-Savvy: Strong command of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 (Tailwind/Sass).
Framework Expert: Deep understanding of the React ecosystem (Hooks, State Management like Redux/Zustand).
Tooling Pro: Proficiency with Git, Vite/Webpack, and browser debugging tools.
Problem Solver: You don’t just find bugs; you find the root cause and architectural solutions.
Bonus Points If You Have
Experience with Next.js and Server Components.
Familiarity with Unit/E2E testing (Jest, Cypress).
Knowledge of SEO best practices and web accessibility (WCAG).
