This is the Invention Age - and this is where you come in. The responsibility includes:- Independent planning and tracking of Netlist-to-GDSII as Program Manager. Ability to collaborate and resolve issues w.r. t constraints validation, Physical Design, verification, STA etc. Knowledge of low power flow (power gating, multi-Vt flow, power supply management etc.) Duties include being responsible for program execution of complex semiconductor devices in terms of schedule, performance, power and cost through the complete ASIC cycle from program conception, scoping, execution through to commercial sample release. A high visibility position with a high degree of responsibility in a fast-paced environment Role Involves Working closely with an array of stakeholders: ASIC/SOC/VLSI design implementation, STA, PV, PD teams and other leads and program managers to ensure successful and timely delivery of a quality product. Risk management and disciplined management of information important to key stakeholders, internal and external to the team. Roll-up and reporting regularly to senior management on key product development milestones, metrics, risks, risk mitigation plans and staffing status. Effective implementation of Change control, development reviews, and other product development processes Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Must be experienced in ASIC/SOC/IC design lifecycle development. Total 7-15 yrs experience, Must have strong Microsoft tools like Mpp, Advanced excel, powerpoint. Experience with interfacing with foundry and operations would be an advantage. Must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to effectively communicate at all levels. Must be capable of synchronizing and motivating other program managers, marketing and engineering leads to attain common goals.
