Company:Qualcomm India Private Limited Job Area:Engineering Group, Engineering Group > Systems Test Engineering Job Overview General Summary Qualcomm is a world leader in 4G/5G technology and our test team is actively seeking engineers at various levels to work on 5G NR PHY layer testing. Should have good 3GPP spec understanding and understanding of L1/L2 layer concepts. Automation framework development experience using Python is a must. Programming skills in C#/C/C++/MATLAB is a plus. Candidate will be responsible for timely delivery of 4G/5G L1 automation delivery of L1 products. Excellent communications skills are required to interact with multi-disciplinary teams spread across multiple Geos. Minimum Qualifications 3-10 years of testing and automation experience on one or more of following radio access technologies – 5G or LTE with focus on MAC, PHY testing. Strong fundamentals in the Python. Candidate must have strong problem solving skill and must be able to work with minimum guidance. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to clearly organize and articulate the information. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in design and development of automation in L1 PHY sce narios or LTE L2 scenarios is preferable.
