We are looking for a Commerce Cloud B2B< strong> Developer Salesforce OMS Technical Consultant< strong> to support the full implementation lifecycle, from scoping to deployment in an evolving ecosystem consisting of Clients and Partners.< p>


< p>

The Technical Consultant will be responsible for delivering technology solutions to our customers on the B2B Commerce Cloud platform & Or Salesforce OMS< p>

The consultant will also be responsible for maintaining, on an ongoing basis, a comprehensive understanding of the cloud-computing ecosystem. This role will specialize in Commerce Cloud B2B but should have the ability to develop cross-cloud solutions.< p>

At Salesforce the Technical Consultant will be part of the Salesforce Professional Services organization, which includes technical and functional subject matter experts on implementing, using, and optimizing Salesforce B2B Commerce OMS, in addition to digital commerce and omnichannel best practices within Salesforce product ecosystem. This individual will play a strategic role by using their more technically oriented skill sets to service and support clients during and post-launch. In this role, one must drive ongoing innovation and collaborate with our Customer Success teams using up-to-date programs and tools to assist our customers in achieving successful outcomes, and growing their business on the Salesforce platform.< p>

Your Impact< strong>< p>

  • Work closely with Clients, Colleagues, and Partners to clarify, define and architect technology solutions to meet client business requirements. This includes advising during project discovery and definition phases, creating scope and development estimates, and documenting requirements and designs.< li>
  • Architect and implement user interfaces on Commerce Cloud using industry best practices and Salesforce frameworks.< li>
  • Play & excel in the role of an individual contributor becoming the trusted “Go-To” for anything to do with B2B OMS implementation & delivery< li>
  • Hands-on with development tasks< li>
  • Perform performance evaluations and identify optimization opportunities on developed solutions. Design for scalability and high availability.< li>
  • Analyze, design, and develop test cases; and implement automated test suites.< li>
  • Identify and lead internal initiatives to grow the consulting practice; contribute to the overall knowledge base and expertise of the community.< li> < ul>

    Basic Requirements< strong>< p>

     < strong>< p>

    • 3-6 years of professional technology experience with at least one year of hands on experience on B2B OMS.< li>
    • Knowledgeable about the B2B Commerce product feature set, use cases, and industry verticals to which they apply.< li>
    • Experienced in custom development on Force.com platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, JavaScript, JQuery, CSS, HTML< li>
    • Be able to build Custom UI Web Components on B2B Commerce & Custom functionality on Salesforce< li>
    • Good Knowledge of Cloud craze extension points and configuration versus customization tasks< li>
    • Exposure to B2B Data Model and OOTB Capabilities< li>
    • Exposure to B2B Lightning & Or Salesforce Order Management< li>
    • Experienced in integration of systems using web APIs< li>
    • Experienced in Salesforce configuration and administration< li>
    • Be knowledgeable of cross-cloud capabilities and solutions to drive customer value.< li>
    • Work with customer teams to promote maximum use of native capabilities throughout the entire implementation and release lifecycles.< li>
    • Be able to implement commerce best practices for our customers’ B2B commerce sites.< li>
    • Support project team to ensure Salesforce B2B services are properly engaged with both the Customer and Customer implementation teams or Systems integrators.< li>
    • Understand customer's commerce success metrics and help drive (fit for purpose) solutions to achieve results.< li>
    • Review and implement customer projects as per the available artifacts e.g. scope documents, requirements, design documentation< li>
    • Strong problem-solving, analytic, conceptual, and critical thinking skills< li>
    • Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills< li> < ul>
