Reporting to the Accounting RTR Manager of Asia Shared Services Centre (SSC) you will ensure smooth delivery of Finance transactional and operational accounting services to stakeholders globally. Ensuring service delivery quality in accuracy, completeness and timeliness, this role will be critical in in ensuring accounting compliance with Dassault Systemes (DS) policies procedures.

What will your role be?
Your specific responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- General Ledger - Process general ledger journal entries
- Prepare account reconciliations
- Ensure appropriateness of accounting records ensuring compliance with company policies, IFRS and statutory accounting principles
- Engage with local finance teams to ensure proper tax compliance of legal entities
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, ensuring efficiency and compliance with Group policies
- Interface with internal and external auditors to support the audits of financial statements

- Financial closings & reporting - Process accounting data for the monthly, quarterly and annual financial closings
- Deliver assigned tasks within agreed timelines, respecting the closing planning and Corporate deadlines
- Prepare and review the balance sheet, profit and loss, consolidated and other accounting statements
- Upload or enter financial data, including data needed for financial statement footnotes, into the company consolidation system (Magnitude)
- Provide analysis and supporting financial data to members of the accounting GBS teams, other departments and external parties as needed
- Review and explain the non-operating P&L results and changes in balance sheet accounts
- Ensure proper reconciliation of intercompany balances (Balance Sheet & P&L) with partner companies
- Obtain the IFRS certification for relevant BUs
- Prepare required statutory financial statements as applicable
- Support the audit processes within the department, including preparation and review for statutory, internal, and other audit review purposes
- Manage and deliver continuous improvement projects as assigned, working independently or in a team as required

- Produce financial statements for consolidation, FP&A, tax and statutory purposes complying with local and Group Financial standards.
- Ensure implementation of best accounting processes, practices and optimized organization.
