We are seeking a Team Lead Infrastructure for our DELMIA Malaysia office who, together with a team of specialists, will be responsible for the design, build and support of our complete hosted services infrastructure servicing DELMIA customers from around the globe. What will your role be?
- The Team Lead for our Infrastructure Team will report to the Operational Manager
- You will manage a 3-4 person team, but will also perform hands-on technical work as the key interface between our customers, infra engineers, and development to handle complex customer cases and internal projects on a variety of platforms including Windows, Linux, VMware, etc
- Your team play, communication skills and substantive knowledge enable you to involve your team and our customers in change processes
- Design, plan, setup and maintain (part of) the infrastructure of the Hosted Solutions environments
- Your goal is to use your knowledge to help ensure the integrity and the performance of the complete infrastructure are at the highest levels
- Monitors performance using available software tools and monitoring hardware
- Provide resolutions to problems reported by the support department and the monitoring platform during on-call shifts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that support business requirements
- Prepare documentation to define and illustrate network design solutions
- Work with vendors on hardware & software solution and configuration standards
- Provide knowledge transfer and training for your colleagues.
- Follow ISO27001 compliance guidelines and policies
- Other duties as assigned
