General Summary

< strong>Researches, learns, and applies knowledge of Organization Development (OD) processes and best practices to support and lead projects that enhance organizational performance, effectiveness, and culture. Provides supports and leadership for a Change Management discipline with functional teams, external vendors and other ecosystem partners that focuses on attainment of desired results and outcomes. Collaborates with team members to work towards creating solutions with a data-driven focus that sets priorities for improvements that are aligned to the strategic vision.

- Responsible for own work, decision-making is limited. Impact of decisions is readily apparent, errors made typically only impact timeline (i.e., require additional time to correct).< li>
- Requires verbal and written communication skills to convey basic, routine factual information about day-to-day activities to others who are fully knowledgeable in the subject area.< li>
- Has a minimal amount of influence over key organizational decisions.< li>
- Some tasks require multiple steps which must be performed in a specific order; directions or manuals can accurately document the steps necessary to perform the task.< li>

< li> < ul> Principal Duties And Responsibilities
< u>< strong>- Applies basic knowledge of Organization Development (OD) processes and best practices to enhance organizational performance, effectiveness, and culture by collaborating with team members to support and lead OD-related projects (e.g., organization development, change management, organization design, etc.) with supervision.< li>
- Applies basic change management strategies and best practices to maximize end user adoption for functional teams and or the enterprises; develops basic reports and monitors change metrics with supervision.< li>
- Leverages data from various sources (i.e., change metrics, analytic tools, surveys, questionnaires, observations, and supervisors) to understand gaps, training needs, and risks for teams with supervision.< li>
- Collaborates and develops relationships with partners within and outside team to complete work and accomplish goals.< li>
- Seeks essential knowledge of advances in various areas related to Organization Development; shows interest in a specific area of expertise.< li>
- Writes detailed technical documentation for projects with some supervision.
< li> < ul> Job Overview
< u>< strong>Create and schedule new training courses classes in LMS
Manage the enrollment of participants
Upload training scorm package for self-paced trainings
Manage and upload training attendance in LMS
Ability to extract and generate training reports from LMS
Ability to create and maintain project plans and tracker sheet
Collate data and report to talent dev lead for reporting and analytics
Manage the training nominations and update on a regular basis
Support SharePointe Portal updates on a regular basis
Support training communications
Keep the India Communications Calendar up to date
Support the automated communications process or various change projects
Work on the OneIT India newsletter content to gather, collect feedback and production.
Work closely with the sharepoint development team on portal updates across organization
Coordinate and support operational requirements for administration of technical events as needed
Support other ad-hoc leadership requests in support of overall employee engagement, training and communications.
Min. Qualifications
< u>< strong>Experience of working on Learning Management System (LMS) or similar learning platforms for training administration
Knowledge of SCORM and AICC tracking standards
Highly proficient in Excel or like spreadsheet tools.
Experience with advanced formulas and functions (vlookups, pivot tables, sumifs, countifs)
Basic sharepoint editing skills
Excellent writing communication skills
Experience in managing business level change communications
Preferred Experience In Org Change Mgmt.
