General Summary

Job Overview

Responsible for floating RFQ's.

• Reconciling the spend of every month for all payment made through P-Card.
• Responsible for new Vendor on boarding and Reactivating supplier process.
• Supporting Buyer in regular Procurement activities and in addressing Supplier related queries
• Proficient in impacting higher quality and lead times through acquisition of correct materials, as per project specifications and requirements, and through effective integration of price, quality, inventory positioning and operational considerations
• Maintaining supply management approach and sourcing policy to ensure stable prices
• Achieving all KPI and goals set by the management
• Establishing effective relationships with vendors and collecting information and records with regards to the vendors ‘credits status, financial performance and any other information

4+ years industry specific buyer or procurement experience. ,2+ years managing commodities, supporting manufacturing, or business operations experience. ,2+ years experience in high-tech or semiconductor industry. ,1+ years experience working in a large matrixed organization.
