About The Role

GENERAL SUMMARY

You will be researching, designing, implementing and integrating Linux platform compomemts for 5G NR system. This position will expose you to Qualcomm's cutting edge SoC, latest platform and drivers, as well as the latest FPGAs and compute platforms in the industry. Participate in the product development lifecycle from inception and design to bring-up, optimization, verification and commercialization.

• Must have hands on experience in Linux Kernel/Device Driver Development
• Strong coding abilities in C/C++
• Experience with scripting languages
• Experience in real time embedded SW development
• Familiar with multiprocessor architecture, ARM processors, caching, interrupts, etc.
• Experience with JTAG (Lauterbach preferred) and GDB debuggers
• Excellent software design, problem solving, debugging skills.
• Understanding of wireless protocols (e.g. LTE, UMTS, 1xEVDO, Wi-Fi, 5G NR ) is a plus
