We are looking for US Staffing Professionals - PAN India - Recruiter(s)/Technical Recruiter(s) to join us as perm work from home employees. A brief Job Description is listed below : Company: US Tech Solutions Work Location : All Locations (India) (Perm WFH) Shift Timings : EST/PST Timings based on business needs Experience : 1 Year - 5 year of hands on US Recruitment experience Domain - IT or Engineering or Healthcare or Pharma or Creative or Professional or Medical Device or Telecom or Non-IT or Light Industrial or Semi-Conductor recruitment on direct clients. Mixed domain recruiters are also eligible to apply. Requirement : To be eligible to work from remote/perm work from home, resources must maintain a decent WIFI connection on their own (At least 20 MBPS upload and download speed) & have a desktop/laptop with 6GB or above RAM. Education : Bachelor's Degree is a must. Candidates that do not have bachelor's degree must have at least 2 years of verifiable experience working for a US Staffing company in India in lieu of degree. Job Responsibilities: Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle for our Direct Clients in US Develop action plans/recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates through various job portals and networking websites. Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement. To ensure recruitment Service Level Agreements (SLA's) are met as mutually agreed with operations and other key stakeholders. Regular Interaction/daily meetings with team and business unit heads to discuss requirements, determine focus, sourcing strategies, interview evaluations, offers, hires, future requirements and create a funnel of potential candidates proactively.
