This is the Invention Age - and this is where you come in. General Summary As part of Audio customer engineering team, need to support Qualcomm Compute, Mobile platform customer projects. Candidate should deal with the Audio related engineering problems reported by OEMs. Need to have End to End Audio use case understanding and need to co-work with cross functional teams in Qualcomm to speed up the solutions to customer problems Experience with SW and HW tools used in debugging. Linux kernel and Android debugging. Relevant exp in Android Audio framework/Linux ALSA architecture/Audio drivers is a must. Work experience in Windows , XR or Chrome Audio stack is added advantage. Understanding of TDM/PCM/I2S/PDM/Slimbus/Soundwire Audio Hardware Interfaces, Digital Microphones, Amplifiers and Audio Codecs is a added advantage. Working experience on any DSP (porting and optimization of different algorithms along with real time debugging) is real added advantage Good RTOS concepts, knowledge of ARM architecture. Strong knowledge in C/C++. Education Minimum Qualifications Bachelors - Computer Science, Bachelors - Engineering, Bachelors - Information Systems Work Experiences 2+ years experience with debugging techniques., 2+ years experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc., 2+ years Software Applications Engineering, Software Development experience, or related work experience. Skills Certifications: Education Preferred Qualifications Work Experiences 1+ years of work experience in a role requiring interaction with leadership. ,1+ years experience in a customer-facing role. ,4+ years Software Applications Engineering, Software Development experience, or related work experience.
